The entire staff at this office is phenomenal. I've been a patient for over a year now and I am so impressed with every visit. Navi is my physician, but everyone there is awesome. I started with hormone replacement therapy with Biote and have since made this my primary care provider. If you're looking for a staff who takes time with you, remembers you and who cares, look no further.

Staff are helpful and courteous. The Doctors are great!

Love Effingham Prompt Care...I wasn't feeling well at all and had my husband take me there....I had no appointment and have never been there but they were extremely efficient and very friendly....got me thoroughly examined and checked out and on my way in less than 45 mins....would highly recommend! Thank you staff!

Every step of my visit to Effingham Prompt Care was outstanding . The efficiency, friendliness and quality of service given by the entire staff was excellent . Dr Navi Arora and his staff addressed my medical needs very effectively and successfully .

Went in for for nausea and dizziness.found out I was low on vitamin B 12 gave me a injection of B12 and prescribed something for nausea and dizziness.It was quick and easy .

Got there at opening, took about 1 hr..never been there before but everyone was very nice..hoping it works out fine with what they prescribed as I had to pay $165 just to be seen and if needing seen again I can't do that again! Recommend to entire health care community, if you take a oth to do no harm and care for the sick...then why is the price so outrageously much that people like the average worker can't afford to get help!

Excellent care here. I did live in Indiana so when I moved back to Illinois I was worried I wouldn't find a good doctor who cared about me. But I was sold on their wonderful care after my first visit. Plus the good thing is that even if I need to see a doctor and I don't have an appointment they will see you like an urgent care too. Everyone is so kind there and my doctor was amazing, I'm sure all the doctors there are just as good but I was so glad I was given Dr. Jackie C. She's wonderful ❤️ thank you for taking good care of me.

I went in for a DOT physical. My visit was quick and prompt. They have a very friendly service. They went above and beyond to make my experience a good visit. I highly recommend this business.

Best care I’ve ever experienced. From the front desk to the doctors, they were attentive to my concerns and took the time to answer all of my questions regarding my health and well being.
